1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 5rrr and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the 5rrr platform and its associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games, and any promotional activities offered by 5rrr.

By completing the account registration process and clicking the acceptance checkbox, or by continuing to use the platform after these Terms have been published or updated, you are confirming your unconditional acceptance of every clause set out herein. These Terms apply in addition to any specific terms associated with individual promotions, games, or payment methods, which will be published separately where applicable.

5rrr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 5rrr will endeavour to notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The 5rrr platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. 5rrr operates a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling. If we have reason to believe that a registered Player is under 21 years of age, we will suspend the account immediately pending age verification. Any winnings accrued during an under-age period may be forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

5rrr is designed to serve players located in Bangladesh. It is the sole responsibility of each Player to ensure that accessing online betting and casino services is lawful in their specific location and circumstances. 5rrr does not represent or warrant that its services are legally available in any particular jurisdiction. Players accessing the platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk, and 5rrr reserves the right to close such accounts without notice.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To open a 5rrr account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You must not:

• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information during registration or at any time thereafter;
• Register on behalf of a third party or use another person's identity;
• Register more than one account — each individual is permitted exactly one active account;
• Use the platform if you are acting as an agent or employee of a competing gaming operator.

5rrr reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or closure and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

2.4 Duplicate Accounts

Maintaining more than one 5rrr account is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, 5rrr will merge or close the duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances or bonuses associated with them. Intentional creation of multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses multiple times constitutes fraud and will result in permanent suspension.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 5rrr account credentials, including your username and password. You must choose a strong, unique password and not reuse passwords from other services. You must not share your login details with any other person. 5rrr will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised activity resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 5rrr support immediately at [email protected]. We will act promptly to investigate and secure your account.

3.2 Account Currency

All 5rrr account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts are processed and displayed in BDT. 5rrr does not support multi-currency accounts. Currency conversion, where applicable for international payment methods, is handled at the prevailing exchange rate and any associated costs are borne by the Player.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 5rrr reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to inactive accounts, deducted from the remaining balance, following prior written notice to the registered email address. If the account balance reaches zero and remains inactive, the account may be closed.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your 5rrr account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and any real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your designated payment method. Bonus balances are not withdrawable upon voluntary account closure unless all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500 BDT. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed within your account dashboard. These limits may vary based on your account verification status and selected payment method.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 5rrr account within seconds of successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. 5rrr is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's system, network outages, or third-party technical issues. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within thirty (30) minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted during Bangladesh business hours (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM BST, UTC+6) are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed within two (2) hours. 5rrr reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal request. A withdrawal may be delayed or declined if:

• Account identity verification has not been completed;
• The wagering requirements attached to a bonus have not been fully satisfied;
• There are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or money laundering;
• The withdrawal amount exceeds the daily limit applicable to your account tier.

4.5 Payment Method Matching

Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method and registered account used to make the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. 5rrr applies this policy as an anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure. If your original payment method is no longer available, contact support to arrange an alternative verified method.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New 5rrr Players may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit, as described in the current promotion displayed on the platform. The standard welcome offer provides a 100% match bonus up to ৳20,000 BDT on the first qualifying deposit. The following conditions apply to all welcome bonuses:

• The bonus is available to new Players who have not previously held a 5rrr account;
• A minimum qualifying deposit, as specified in the promotion details, must be made;
• The bonus must be claimed within the time window specified at the time of the offer;
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.4 Bonus Abuse

5rrr strictly prohibits bonus abuse in all its forms, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to neutralise risk while meeting wagering requirements (known as "bonus hedging"), and exploiting technical errors or glitches in the platform. Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse may have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited, and their account suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 5rrr platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game type. It is the Player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet. By confirming a bet, you accept the stake, odds, and terms displayed at the time of confirmation as final and binding.

6.2 Void Bets

5rrr reserves the right to void any bet placed in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed after an event or market had already concluded;
• The odds or pricing displayed were subject to a technical error or manifest error;
• The event to which the bet relates was cancelled, abandoned, or suspended without a result being declared;
• There is evidence that the bet was placed in coordination with any attempt to manipulate the outcome of an event.

Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the Player's account balance in full.

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games available on the 5rrr platform are sourced from independently certified game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Each game operates using a certified random number generator (RNG) that has been independently audited for fairness. 6.4 Technical Errors

8 Prohibited Conduct

All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the platform's content;
• Create derivative works based on any 5rrr content or branding;
• Use the 5rrr brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner not explicitly authorised in writing;

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5rrr, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the 5rrr platform or any of its services;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform access due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 5rrr's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain secure credentials;
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, or content displayed on the platform;
• Losses arising from wagering decisions made by the Player;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment service providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11 Privacy and Data

By registering an account, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Termination

12.1 Termination by 5rrr

5rrr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice if:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• The Player is found to be under 21 years of age;
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse;
• The Player's account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other Players;
• Required by applicable law, regulation, or a directive from a competent authority.

In cases of account closure for cause, 5rrr may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, the balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

12.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of a Player's account, the Player's right to use the platform immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution clauses — will remain in full force and effect after termination.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
